Pink Moon delivers locally in Kuwait via our local shipping partner, Aramex. We will endeavor to dispatch all orders within 24 hours on business days*. Delivery

  • Orders placed Sunday-Thursday before 10am will be delivered the same day.
  • Orders placed after 10am will be delivered on the following business day.
  • Orders placed on Thursday after 10am will be delivered on Saturday.

Pink Moon ships world wide via Fed Ex International Priority. We are able to ship to most countries - it is just a case of DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). This means the customer will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties (if any) which may be charged on the purchase.

We will endeavor to dispatch all orders within 24 hours on business days*.

  • Orders placed Saturday-Thursday before 5pm will ship within 24 hours pending credit verification.
  • Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next business day, and will ship within 24 hours.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an email order confirmation within minutes of placing your order. If you do not receive an email confirmation, you may have entered an invalid email address or your internet connection may have been interrupted while making your order. Ready to Ship

Orders will be considered ready to dispatch when:

1) Payment has been approved.

2) If you have ordered an item that is not yet in stock, your item will be shipped when it arrives (Item availability is shown on all item pages).


Shipping Cost

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated depending on the size, weight and destination of your package. You will be able to view your shipping cost on your order confirmation page before you make your purchase.


Order Tracking

International orders may be tracked via Pink Moon’s website using an Air Waybill number that will be emailed to you upon dispatch of your order. Simply sign in to the ‘My Account’ section of Pink Moon and proceed to ‘Order Tracking’. Local and International order status can also be viewed at anytime by viewing ‘Transaction History’.


Return Policy

We’ve made our returns process super easy. If you would like to make a return, log into your account and click on RMA requests. Click “Request New RMA”, select your order and the item that you would like to return, print the label and attach it to your package. Then send the package back to us and we will process the refund!

Please read the following information on our returns policy:
We pride ourselves in offering the highest quality merchandise. In the event you wish to return an item, we require that you return the new and unused goods to us with all the original labeling attached within 7 days (Kuwait), 14 Days (International) of receiving the goods. Customers may return any unwanted merchandise, with the exception of items designated as on SALE, accessories, fine jewelry, lingerie, sunglasses, stationery, swimwear, and custom­made items (such as personalized merchandise), which may not be returned or exchanged. Any returned item must be UNUSED, UNWORN and in its original packaging, if applicable. Pink Moon reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only items which Pink Moon can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for a return or exchange. We cannot accept returns for non­faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

Customers may choose whether they would like toexchange or receive a refund. Exchanges may only be made for the same item of a different size or color, subject to availability. Refunds will be issued on the items purchase cost for the order. The purchase cost is defined as the total value of the order less any taxes, duties & shipping. PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping and handling charges. We also ask that all International customers are aware that all international customs duties and sales taxes cannot be refunded.
